New Website Launched

Aberdeen Universities' Royal Naval Unit is proud to launch its new website after months of redevelopment.

The new website contains all of the features of the old website including information on the unit, our dedicated training ship HMS Archer, and information on how to join us.

However, the new design also introduces two new features and greatly improves another. The News and Alumni sections make an appearance in this version and the idea is that they will provide a link to what's happening in the unit today - not merely statistics and facts, but up to date information about what's happening at the unit and onboard Archer. The Alumni section is not yet complete, but this will be an ongoing project over the next few months as we develop this section to provide a link bank to member's past.

Finally we've improved our Gallery. Images will now be grouped in thematic catagories so that finding pictures from our latest deployments won't involve you looking everywhere!

Evidently we accept that this website isn't yet complete - it is an ongoing process by which we will endeavour to provide the best possible information at all times.
